We were fortunate to reach Kerrie by calling her out of the blue in response to an ad for a home she had listed in Woods Hole. We met Kerrie at an open house. At the time we weren't convinced we wanted to buy in Falmouth, but we were very impressed with her and decided to keep her name handy in case we did find any interesting properties there. Sure enough, a short while later we found another place we wanted to see and Kerrie arranged for a visit. Kerrie has sold six properties for me in my capacity as an Estate fiduciary over the last eight years. I have refer my probate-divorce clients to her also when it was necessary to sell real estate. She honestly evaluates the correct pricing to achieve a sale in a reasonably time without selling the property for less than market value. She has a very strong reality meter for what a property is worth and what the market will bear with changing economic trends.
